to COVID-19 

Oasis’s core values include Doing the Right Thing, and our response to the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrates this principle in action. Our executive team and other leaders across the Company are speaking daily to oversee our ongoing operations and address the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

First and foremost, we are committed to the safety and health of the people on our sites and in our communities. In March 2020, Oasis took the prudent steps of requiring most employees to work from home, which was made possible by investments we’ve made in information technology. Operations and projects continued without interruption. In March 2021, Oasis began returning most employees to the office. We have implemented appropriate safety protocols and procedures to ensure employee health while continuing operations in a safe manner. Additionally, we continue to offer flexibility for those employees with unique circumstances.

Consistent with our values, we believe regular and consistent communication with employees is important to establish new procedures and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. All managers and supervisors have been trained on how to address positive cases of COVID-19, including procedures on notifying, tracking, and communicating. We have also provided employees multiple avenues for communication and encourage them to follow up with HR with any specific questions or concerns.

Oasis employees are dedicated to having a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. We have advised employees to follow all federal, state, and local orders in the interest of public health. This includes our efforts to promote safety by encouraging employees to follow hygiene recommendations specific to slowing the spread of COVID-19 and practicing social distancing.

While the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a detrimental impact on public health and the broader economy, Oasis is committed to being a strong corporate citizen and remains confident we will persevere together.
