Great People + Great Assets = Great Opportunity

A Proven Team with the Best Assets

Oasis is the premier operator in both the Williston Basin and Delaware Basin, possessing both coveted assets and creative people that drive the success of the Company. We are on the forefront of technology deployment, operational efficiencies, and infrastructure development. Our assets are highly concentrated and are prospective for multiple potential horizons. As we develop our positions, we expect to increase long-term shareholder value while maintaining a conservative balance sheet. We have a long history of acquiring and exploiting oil and gas assets, which has been characterized by capital discipline coupled with differential views of the market. While we have a great track record of delivering growth in production and reserves, we do not subscribe to the idea of growth at any cost. Our goal is to increase stockholder value by building reserves, production and cash flows at an attractive return on invested capital.

A Resourceful Company

  • Oasis was founded in 2007 by Tommy Nusz and Taylor Reid. What began as a start-up with a small team of talented entrepreneurs and no assets is now a premier natural resources company with over 700 professionals.
  • Oasis acquires and develops unconventional oil and natural gas resources, historically in North Dakota and Montana, but now in West Texas as well. Oasis is the majority owner of Oasis Midstream Partners  formed to provide a collection of services including completion, gas gathering and processing, saltwater gathering and disposal services, fresh water services, and crude oil gathering and transport services, among others.
  • Oasis aims to remain ahead of steadily rising regulatory gas-capture mandates and increase margins by commercializing captured gas. Oasis captures roughly 10% more gas than the average for operators in North Dakota.

Average Daily Production (MBoepd)

Our focus on operational and cost efficiencies, adoption of leading drilling and completion techniques, and pursuit of strategic acquisitions, has driven steady growth in average daily production since 2010.
