  • 401(K)
    • Company match at 6%

    • Eligible upon hire date with enrollment
    • Three separate plans with varying deductibles and co-pays

    • Eligible upon hire date with enrollment
    • Annual vision exam with $10 co-pay
    • Frames and materials covered at $30 co-pay depending on lens type and other selections
    • Routine dental exam and cleaning covered at 100% up to 2x annually
    • Orthodontia covered at 50% up to lifetime maximum of $2,000
  • Healthcare Flexible Spending Account
    • Maximum annual contribution $2,500

  • Term Life Insurance
    • Company pays for 2x basic annual salary up to $750,000
    • Eligible upon hire date
    • Supplemental coverage available for employee and family members
  •  Accidental Death and Dismemberment
    • Optional for employee and family
    • Company pays for 2x basic annual salary up to $750,000
  • Basic Short Term Disability
    • 100% Company paid
    • Eligible upon hire date
    • Salary continuance based on years of service with Oasis, covers between 60%-100% of base weekly earnings up to 26 weeks
  •  Basic Long Term Disability
    • 100% Company paid
    • Eligible upon hire date
    • Covers 60% of base weekly earnings


  • Holidays:  10 paid holidays (may vary based on 9/80 schedule)
  • Vacation:  2 to 5 weeks with credit given for previous work experience and schedule consideration
  • Sick Time:  40 hours annually
  • Other Leave:  As necessary (Jury Duty, Bereavement, Military Leave, FMLA)
  • Parking:  Company paid, where necessary, with optional bus transportation coverage
  • Fitness or Social Club:  Monthly subsidy up to $50
